These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneFlowSystem website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

OneFlowSystem provides AI automation consulting, workflow design, and implementation services for businesses ("Services"). Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Automation system design, build, and deployment
• CRM and pipeline workflow configuration
• AI-powered lead follow-up and communication systems
• Reporting, analytics, and dashboard setup
• Documentation, training, and handoff

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements between OneFlowSystem and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to required tools, platforms, and credentials
• Supply accurate business information, goals, and sample data as requested
• Respond to communications and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Maintain active subscriptions to third-party tools required for your automations (e.g., Zapier, GoHighLevel, CRM platforms)
• Ensure you have the legal authority to grant us access to your business systems

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are outlined in the project agreement or invoice provided before work begins. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are due upon receipt of invoice
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services

4. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all your business data, content, and assets. We do not claim any rights over data stored in your accounts.

Our Work: Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use all automations, workflows, documentation, and deliverables created for your project. OneFlowSystem retains the right to reuse general methodologies, patterns, and non-client-specific frameworks in future engagements.

Third-Party Tools: Automations built on third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, GHL, etc.) are subject to those platforms' respective terms of service and licensing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, credentials, financial data, client lists, and workflow architectures. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement.

6. Data Handling

We adhere to strict data handling practices:

• Client data is accessed only as necessary to deliver Services
• We operate as pass-through infrastructure — we do not maintain central databases of client PII
• Financial data is handled under a zero-retention policy (aggregate metrics only)
• All logging and tracking uses anonymized identifiers

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We commit to delivering Services with professional care and industry-standard quality. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue increases, lead volumes, conversion rates). Case study metrics represent typical results, not guarantees.
• Automation performance depends on third-party platform availability, data quality, and client tool configurations.
• Services are provided "as-is" after handoff. Ongoing maintenance or modifications require a separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFlowSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Fees for work completed up to the termination date are due and payable
• We will provide all completed deliverables and documentation
• Client credentials and access will be revoked from our systems within 7 business days
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneFlowSystem from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the automations and systems we build, including any violations of third-party platform terms of service, applicable laws, or regulations (including messaging compliance such as A2P/TCPA).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
